Is there a free plan?
Our cheapest plan comes in at only $2.99, which as close as we can get to free while keeping our servers running. However, we are working on implementing a free version. Stay tuned!
What model AI do you use?
We use two models, a privately developed LLaMA and gpt-4-1106-preview which allows us to take advantage of strong context limits, code execution, and more.
How does every video have the TikTok watermark removed?
We have access to the TikTok API, which allows us to directly download TikTok videos from the legitimate server, no watermarks included.
How do credits work?
One credit correlates to one video. If you select 500 videos for a search, it'll cost 500 credits. You can buy credits as a one-time topup or a monthly charge, where your unused credits will roll over each month.
What if my search yields too many or no results?
We only charge you for the videos we scrape. If you pay 200 credits and our AI finds only 160 videos, you will be refunded 40 credits. On the contrary, if you pay 200 credits and our AI finds 400 videos, you'll still be charged only 200 credits. Pretty nice, huh?
